The Golfclub Emmeloord has a 9 hole par 74 course. Six holes lie on a "terp"(man-made mound) and three lie close by. Exactly five years ago, a 9 hole par 3 course was laid out and it is still possible to learn how to play golf here in cooperation with Golfschool Emmeloord. There is a 250-metre driving range with a large number of covered tees. Gerard Jol, golf and landscape architect, designed a course that is quite unique in the Netherlands. Not only can you enjoy a beautiful view of the polder landscape from a height of 17 metres, but also this distinctive course.
